Community Connections Partner Network

Next Community Connections meeting:  Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 1 PM to 2 PM

Community organizations make a significant impact on facilitating the progress of adult learners throughout their educational journeys. Community Connections serves as a unifying platform, bringing together essential stakeholders who are committed to actively facilitating referrals for both clients and students. Each month we engage in meetings, expand our knowledge base, and encourage connection. Our network aims to foster a close-knit coalition of community organizations and adult education programs in order to create a strong safety-net for all of our members.

Community Partners

Connecting public adult education more closely to its communities and their needs was the clear intent of both the AB86 legislation that initiated our planning and the AB104 legislation that funds the implementation. With each planning cycle, the SBCAE spends considerable effort to research demographics and other data about the regional economy and the needs of the local workforce development system. This effort is deepened by the participation of our community partners. As a result, we believe our plan strongly reflects the values and objectives of those who live in the South Bay.

Please fill out this form if your community-based organization and its team are interested in joining our Community Connections Network.

Community Connections is a closed network group that brings together community-based organizations and adult education programs. We've created a space on Google groups, where we all stay connected and share the latest and greatest information about events, any changes in plans, and even answer questions. It's all about keeping everyone in the loop and supporting one another. We'd love for you to join our group and become a part of this amazing community. So, don't hesitate to reach out and learn more about how you can get involved!
