Community based organizations are instrumental in providing adult learners with supportive services while they are pursuing their education. Through the Community Connections Referral Network, SBCAE convenes a strategic set of partners that actively refer clients and students to each other.

Community Partners
Connecting public adult education more closely to its communities and their needs was the clear intent of both the AB86 legislation that initiated our planning and the AB104 legislation that funds the implementation. With each planning cycle, the SBCAE spends considerable effort to research demographics and other data about the regional economy and the needs of the local workforce development system. This effort is deepened by the participation of our community partners. As a result, we believe our plan strongly reflects the values and objectives of those who live in the South Bay.
Please fill out this form if your community-based organization and its team are interested in joining our Community Connections Network.
